Service Description
This club is full. You can enroll in the Keystone Online Academy at https://www.keystonechess.com/online-academy or join the waitlist below or at https://www.keystonechess.com/waitlist to be contacted if a spot opens up. Waitlist families will be notified first when winter registration opens. We are also offering a club right up the street from West Vincent Elementary at Learning Allegro on Saturdays from 11:30-1PM. If you would like to register for that club go to https://www.keystonechess.com/allegro Fall 2026 After-School Chess Club at West Vincent Elementary School Chess Club meets once a week on Mondays starting September 28, ending December 14 No club on Oct 12 and Nov 23 (Thanksgiving week) Chess Club: 3:30–4:30 PM for 10 weeks Join Keystone Chess Academy for a fun and engaging after-school chess club. Each session includes a focused lesson followed by guided practice and supervised games. Lessons range from the basic rules and piece movement to tactics, strategy, checkmates, and tournament skills. Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Students are grouped appropriately by age and experience whenever possible. What’s Included - Professional chess instruction from our background-cleared coaches - Guided games and activities - All chess sets and supplies - Puzzles, awards, and discounts on tournaments, lessons, and camps Dismissal and Pickup - Students will transition directly from regular dismissal to chess club. - Parents should pick up their child promptly at 4:30 PM. Cancellation Policy
Registration covers the full session. We do not prorate for missed weeks. Cancellations and reschedules are not available online. Email us directly with any withdrawal or refund request. These are governed by our published refund policy. Each club requires a minimum of eight students to run. We confirm your club about a week before the start date. If a club does not reach eight students, you receive a full refund. During the week prior to the first club session, we email everything you need: your coach, the room, start and end times, and how dismissal works at your school. At the end of each session, children are released only to the adults listed on the registration. If that list changes, let us know. Reach out any time with questions.
